On Sunday, December 3, families with children were encouraged to come to Redeemer's first Advent fair. Each child along with their parent could go to different parts of the fair and make a craft to help them understand the meaning of the Advent season - a season of preparing for the coming of the Christ child. Different crafts included an making "I Love Jesus" necklace, cutting and decorating a Christmas Star, and creating an Advent wreath with candles.
